Younger Team practices will start at 5pm, we are still working on the days. Weekend practices we will try to keep on Saturdays for the Summer and Fall training.

Pitching and Catchers practices will start October or once a proper arm rest has been observed by the individual player. We ask each pitcher and catcher to shut down throwing for at least 2 months.

League Play

If league play is available next season, we will have a team discussion to decide if this is something we want to do. League play requires a high level of commitment from the majority of the team.

Additional Coaching Staff

Next season we will be looking to add additional coaching staff along with a full time hitting instructor.

Winter Break will be Dec 22 to Jan 4th 2026.

AZ Trip

March 19-22, 2026
Phoenix/SE Valley, Arizona

This is an OPTIONAL TOURNAMENT

Tournament Fee is $900 per team. This will not be covered in the regular tournament dues. We will split the cost by the total roster.

This is a “Stay to Play” Tournament. The hotel buy-out last year was $500 per team. If we do not buy out we are forced to stay at select hotels.

Addressing Some Complaints I've heard this season

NOT ENOUGH OUT DOOR PRACTICE:

This is a year-round program. Last season’s practices started at the end of August. In a season, this equates to 80 to 100 practices, with many of those being outdoors. We believe in a long-term approach to training, rather than a sprint approach.

Please understand that in March, we are competing for field time against Little League, Parks and Rec, Adult softball, Softball, Lacrosse, Football, Soccer, School ball, Schools in general, and Tournaments (GSL and TT). There are only limited fields available in our area. Some fields are only for game use, like Hieldberg. Some fields are not open for rent. This is something we cannot control. We have been building relationships with parks and recs and different schools, and we hope that in the future this will allow for access to some normally off-limited fields.

Not Enough Communication:

There is always room for improvement. We are considering using Gamechanger more extensively next year for practice times, along with some other technologies we are exploring.
